Yes, there IS a way to explore how you relate to yourself and others which can be unjudgemental, creative and nourishing. There's a way to work holistically, not just with thoughts and words and talking about what's happened, but also with sensing your body in present time.

I am a  Hakomi practitioner and use mindfulness and physical awareness to help you know and understand yourself better.
